If you are new or need to update your license, please fill this out and send back to us at info@thaitans.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you are new to Thaitans, you will automatically receive 30 day complimentary cover, to continue training after your initial 30 day period, you will need to pay a licence fee, renewable annually.
Adults = £25
Juniors = £15
