One to One Private Sessions

One to one sessions are brilliant for those who want to find out more about the sport without entering group classes, or for those looking for more intensive coaching whether it be; weight loss, toning, strength and stamina or fitness. Sessions are available at various times of the week with Chief Instructor, Kevin Dorman.
