Circuit and Fitness Training
Thaitans Martial Arts Academy doesn't only offer martial arts training, but also circuit and fitness classes, over the years we have developed excellent circuit classes to offer an all round workout, not only to target different muscle groups, but to cover different types of exercise, and fitness techniques. We like to mix things up so you always feel like you're doing something new, but it is always something that will work. From doing these classes you will notice your fitness and strength increase, reduced body fat and a more toned physique.
Circuit Training - Wednesday 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Fitness, Strength and Conditioning - Saturday 10am - 12pm
